January 2014 Favorites

12:44 AM

Hey Lovelies!

This year I've decide to really make an effort to make monthly favorites every single month. Most of my favorites for January 2014 are old products that I have for a while. It is interesting to see that my interest to some products is changing for time to time. So here is my January 2014 Favorites!

Pantene Conditioner (Fullness & Life)
My hair is a type of hair that will make an exclamation mark when I didn't style it correctly. Fortunately, it's all changed after I use this conditioner for these last two months. They become softer and easy to style. Love love love this conditioner.

Shikada Facial Cleansing Wipes
I've tried other facial cleanings wipes from other brand, but I always back to this. Every time I use a heavy make up, I always wipes my face with it, and wash my face after. It removes everything and each wipes contains purified water, Aloe Vera, and cucumber extract that refresh my skin.

CoverGirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3in1 Foundation (Soft Honey)
Since the beginning of January I start to use foundation to work, and this is the foundation that I reach out the most. I use this foundation often enough that I must say it's what it claimed to be: a long wear foundation that designed to stay fabulous all day because it has concealer and primer built in.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Erase Treatment Makeup (Creamy Beige)
I use this concealer every single day since I got it, and this concealer feels nothing like I ever used before. The formula is liquid and very easy to blend.

Face It Nails 03 Speedy Base Coat
All praise for this base coat from The Face Shop. I've been using this product since early 2013 and ironically I just mentioned it in January 2014 Favorites. Anyway, I use it so often that you can see I almost finish a whole bottle of this, and it never happened with any other nail polish base. One thing that I love is the formula remains the same even after more than a year, it's not gloppy or sticky which happened to the Face Shop Top Coat.

Rimmel Natural Bronzer (Sun Light)
I have this bronzer for a while now, but I start using it at the beginning of this year. It wasn't my favorite before, because it is too light for my skin. But since I use foundation ever day now, and at the same time I use this bronzer more often, I could see that the foundation picking up the color from the bronzer and it leaves a very natural and subtle finish on my cheek. I like it and  I definitely see my self using more of this in the future months.

Revlon Powder Blush (Soft Spoken Pink)
My experience with this blush is very similar to the Rimmel Bronzer. The color is too soft for my skin, but it looks very pretty if you apply it on top a foundation. Now every time i use this, I always get compliments.

The Face Shop Face It Designing Cake Eyebrow (02 Khaki Grey)
Since I got this, it's the only product that I put on my eyebrow. It's very natural and last all day. Love, love love the packaging: small, sturdy, and travel-friendly.

What's your January 2014? Oh and btw, have a nice weekend!

Today's Gratitude:
I am thankful for the productive day
